About Air Austral
Air Austral was created in 1975 under the name Réunion Air Service, the first commercial airline in Reunion. Its rapid development was made possible by serving Mayotte aboard a 32-seater aircraft, which at the time had very little competition. In 1986, the company became Air Réunion to finally take the name of Air Austral in 1990. It was not until 2003 that the company began to make long-haul trips and especially to Paris. Today, it provides links to various countries in Europe, Asia and the Indian Ocean and has been part of the Vanilla Alliance since 2015, which includes: Air Madagascar, Air Mauritius and Air Seychelles. Air Austral’s fleet is made up of 9 aircraft from the Boeing and ATR manufacturers.

Air Austral Web Check-in
