Baggage
Carry-On Baggage
On regional routes, Business Hibiscus Class passengers can carry one luggage (12kg maximum) and one personal item whereas Economy Class and Premium Class passengers do not have a personal item in their baggage allowance and luggage of a maximum of 7kg.
On long-haul routes, Business Hibiscus Class passengers can have two carry-on luggage with a total weight limit of 18kg and a personal item allowed. Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers can only have a 12kg luggage with a personal item.
All luggage has to be within the dimension of 55cm x 35cm x 25cm.
Carry-On Baggage
Economy Class passengers are entitled to one 23kg baggage whereas Premium Economy Class and Business Hibiscus Class passengers can check-in two 23kg baggage.
