Baggage regulations at Air Macau

Carry On Baggage:

Cabin Baggage is restricted to 1 piece per passenger only, with maximum weight of 7 kg. Maximum dimension must not exceed 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm. In addition, passengers may allowed to carry onboard the following items for free : A small briefcase, handbag, or backpack.

Check In Baggage:

The maximum dimension of the checked baggage is 158cm (62in) (Height+ Width+ Length), for the oversized special checked baggage (e.g. sports equipment, etc.), please make an application in advance.

Each individual piece of checked baggage shall not exceed the weight of 32 kg (70lb), Air Macau may refuse of carriage for the overweight checked baggage which cannot be packed separately.

 

Check-in

Online Check-in

Online check-in is available on the Air Macau online check-in page. Passengers can check-in online by entering their name, details of the flight and the relevant travel documents. Online check-in closes two hours before scheduled flight departure time.

Airport Check-in

Air Macau also offer airport check-in. Passengers should check-in at the airport two hours before flight departure. The check-in airport counter will close 40 minutes before scheduled departure time unless flying from the following airports:

Beijing Airport check-in counter will close 60 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Pudong Airport check-in counter will close 50 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport check-in counter will close 45 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Chongqing Jiangbei Airport check-in counter will close 45 minutes before scheduled departure time.

 


Economy Class

Economy Class offers a simple but comfortable journey and is Air Macau’s most basic cabin class on offer.

Economy Class Facilities

Passengers can enjoy a warm meal on board where passengers have a choice to choose from selected menus. Hot and cold beverages are also offered on the flight.

Economy Class Seating

Economy Class seats are set out in a 3 x 3 formation. All Economy Class seats are reclinable and the seat pitch ranges from 29 inches to 32 inches depending on the aircraft flown on.

 


Business Class

With Business Class passengers receive a little more comfort.

Business Class Facilities

Passengers can enjoy a luxurious meal of your choice and can stretch their legs with extra legroom.

Business Class Seating

Business Class seats are set out in a 2 x 2 formation. Seats are built with three different adjustments and also leg elevator for more comfort. Business Class seat pitches range from 36 inches to 43 inches depending on aircraft flown on.

 


Fleet

Air Macau’s fleet consists entirely of Airbus aircraft. The airline has models including the A319, A320 and A321. Overall, there are more than 20 aircraft within the fleet.

Macau International Airport is an international airport located in the special administrative region of Macau and is the hub airport for Air Macau. The airport has one terminal building, one runway and handles more than 7 million passengers each year.

Currently, Air Macau is the only airline based at Macau International. However, other airlines that fly to and from Macau International Airport include AirAsia, Air China, Cebu Pacific, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, EVA Air, Hainan Airlines, Jin Air, Juneyao Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines.
