Porto Alegre International Airport, also known as Salgado Filho International Airport, is an airport located in Porto Alegre, the capital city of the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. It is named after Joaquim Pedro Salgado Filho, a Brazilian politician and military aviator who was born in Porto Alegre.
